Through analysis of the spatial and temporal variation of temperature in Shaanxi Province in recent 60 years，the temperature variation was quantificationally revealed by combining GIS analysis method in this paper． Results show that the air temperature presented increasing trend in the rencent 60 years as a whole but in the middle of Shaanxi Province warming trend was not so significant，but in the north region of Shaanxi Province warming trend was obvious． The rising trend of temperature since the 1990s was especially remarkable in Shaanxi Province． There was obvious ten － year cycle change of annual air temperature in Shaanxi Province．
